“I didn't want to move, and I didn't like feeling stressed.”
This came about because nothing out there worked the way I needed. So I built my own, over 15 years. The stress came from having no optics on where anything was, from having to stay on top of the team all day.
So I built a system where I could be anywhere in the world and still run a large-scale print shop. Now we run that same system for a network of shops.
The Core Philosophy

Of course it's to help the team. But I had to do a lot to get it there. It was never just about building a system; it was about reclaiming freedom.
We run a real shop. That is why we are selective.
Every feature you see ran on our own floor first, with our own orders and our own margin on the line. When a shop joins the network, it gets the systems we trust our own revenue to, and it gets us running them.
That is also why we do not hand this to anyone who asks. Every member shop gets real capacity from our team, so we take on a limited number of shops and review every application.
